"Before Payment"
After the form submission,
The staff will directly contact you and confirm the car rental details within 1 working day.
After confirming the car rental details, please follow the instructions to pay and upload the proof of payment.

"Payment methods"
To confirm the car reservation, please pay the full fare of the itinerary or transfer 50% of the fare to our company
(Affluent Coach Service Company) HSBC account number 819-861675-838,
Please be noted the customer needs to take a snapshot of the deposit receipt and send it to the company.
If you choose to transfer part of the itinerary to our company,
Please pay in cash on the day of the event to the captain in charge of the activity that day.
The captain will provide the payment receipt to you.

"After payment"
After payment, about 3 days before the event, the company will provide you the license number of the car and the contact number of the captain.
If there are any adjustments or modifications to the itinerary, please notify the company as soon as possible. Thank you for replacing the "Affluent Coach Service"😊
